it is reg potatoe salad (no eggs)
with bacon and mayo and sugar. Comes out so damn yummy!

well i put some carrots in it to make it crunchy and onions and mayo and some mustard and sweet pickles and juice(i dont have my moms and storebought isnt as good)
and eggs
its ok but my moms is awesome

It depends, I like diff types but noticed recipes vary bigtime regionally. For instance, I hate dill, and mustard (in great quantities) in potato salad, which I noticed a lot of in the South, but, I love cucumber in potato salad as experienced in the north.

FYI, if this is for Coldblue's cookout, it's too soon to make it. It won't keep.

1 lb. bacon - fried, crumbled
10 med. potatoes - peeled, sliced, boiled until soft
1 lrg. sweet onion - sliced thin
1/2 cup flour
2 1/4 cups water
1 1/4 cups white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar

crumbled bacon, potatoes, and onion in a bowl
melted bacon grease in saucepan, stir in flour, whisk in water and vinegar, stir in sugar cook until thickened, pour over potatoes

done.
