It's been slow cooking for 5 hours. My whole place smells so awesome right now. I'm just putting in the carrots, potatoes and onions for the last couple of hours. I don't think I have looked forward to a meal this much in a long time. :Chef:

What cut of beef did you use?

Did you slit the meat and stick in cloves of garlic?

Don't screw up the gravy.
 
Dude this is like the quality meat - at least $3 a pound we're talking. Covered that bitch with onion soup and mixed it in with the gravy. Plus blueberry pie for dessert. Man I'm getting laid tonight fo sho.
