Why? 500lbs is nothing. My training partner, who is stronger than me, weighs about 190 and is about 8% and can dead 500 no problem for several reps, but he is a powerlifter. I can only put up about 475 at present without dying but I have done more. I'm probably about 10% maybe a bit over I dunno. I just assumed you were fat is all. Plus, I can urinate way farther than you can and with more accuracy.
