Because I actually work out.

Honestly, I look like poopoo these days. Skinny and weak.

Then going to kickbox because it's been a while since I've gotten wrapped up and kicked some booty.

I'm actually 9-0 in kumite competition with two titles. My brother just earned his black belt and took 1st in the kumite tournament, and he's 5-0 in formal competition. We both practice Shotokan. We also train submission grappling. It's fun. I've gone to the ER twice for stitches, broke my nose and broke my foot on someone's skull. Gotta love it.

Cool story, huh?
 
When I lived in Utah the gym I went to had a really big co-ed hot tub...clothing optional! Never saw any nekkedness though...

Because I haven't been lifting routinely for almost a year.

In the last month I've gone from 196 to 208 and I haven't even been on a bulking diet. Also lost fat.

Started with repping 185 on bench, and going with 245 today.

It's coming back really easily. I guess having been 250 lbs and being really strong has something to do with that.

I really would like to be 225 and lean. That's not jacked huge, but it's big enough.

Ya at 6' 2" I have barely any inkling of a hint I used to workout.

My arms are 3/4" bigger than 5 weeks ago.

2 more months and I'll actually look half way decent.

It's because I stopped taking roidz.

Actually, I held over 240 lbs with decent BF for nearly a year after giving up the jooze.

Had I not stopped, and kept juicing, I have not doubt I'd be around 270 and a monster. That'll never happen though.

I still want to lift, be strong and look good. Not really so much for vanity sake. It's hard to say that, I know, but actually I hope it will help get me a few extra dates and finally find someone worth marrying.

Also, I found that being strong has benefits other than the gym, like being able to lift heavy stuff when you need to and not feel like you're going to kill yourself trying it.

Hey Burn...if I start taking test I go up to 260lbs...I like looking big but I wish I felt 195...you can't win haha

Quit being a poozie and cut to 225 and you will feel like a million bucks.

I'm trying to cut to 225. Its slow with just diet when I'm too lazy to do cardio.

I have some serious stomach issues. I have been on nexium for years and now it's killing my diet and training. I think it is blocking my bodies ability to break down certain foods. It is also causing considerable bloat. Wednesday am I weighed 232 by Friday I weighed 238 my stomach was so bloated I looked 7 months pg. I canceled my cheat day and weighed in at 239 on Sunday at noon. Then I started peeing, by 330 I was down to 237. I trying to quit taking the nexium. I am going to post for help in a different forum but this is turning into a disaster.

I took nexium for years. I got switched to a generic cause of fucking insurance but I take it maybe 2 days a week if that cause I have really cleaned my diet up.
On another note I too was bloated to hell for the last 3 days. Last night I looked 8 mos prego too. I was so bloated I didnt even really want to get laid last night.(i did anyways)
Took some colon cleanse and gas-x and shit out what looked like a 18-20" log today. Not bloated anymore.

Yeah nexium is know for constipation also. I have got to get my digestion under control. It looks like I have distended abbs like I have been taking too much gh. But I can feel my insides are swollen, I should drink the milk (milk of magnisium).

Nexium may cause enlarged/distended abdomen.
This drug may also cause the following symptoms that are related to enlarged/distended abdomen:

Digestive tract inflammation
Epigastric pain
Gastric ulcer
Helicobacter pylori Infection - an ulcer causing bacteria
Helicobacter pylori Infection - an ulcer-causing bacteria
Pancreatitis
Reflux esophagitis
Stomach/upper abdominal discomfort
Viral infections of the digestive tract
Atrophic gastritis (several case(s))

I haven't really worked out in over a year. Herniated disc, shattered wrist, and now hernia surgery will get a ngr laid up. My arms look normal now and it blows.

Gotta keep track of what foods/drinks cause your reflux. Avoid those things. Helps to keep a journal of everything you eat on a daily basis and record the instances of reflux or GI upset.

Also, I found that eating my foods in a certain order and eating slower if I can (that's the hard part for me, I eat way too fast) helps. I eat all my proteins first, then veggies and carbs.
