I've been lurking for about 2 weeks and am grateful for all the info I've gotten.I was a little paranoid about registering as I'm a "Law abiding citizen" except for the felonious assault of sharp objects in my ass.
I've juiced on and off for the last 10 yrs but last year when I decided to get my act together,(5 years with a nutso girlfriend who sucked my will to live), I realised diet and training were as important as whatever compounds you were using.
