1. I don't recollect ever talking about demons. Maybe someone else in a thread I was in, but certainly not me. I don't talk about what I don't know about. I know people who have more experience than myself say there are nasties out there, I don't go looking for that and don't want to call it into my life.
2. Since I am a practicing PAGAN (NOT witch) I take my beliefs and practices seriously. As such, we believe that what we send out into the universe will come back to us three times over. Which is why we don't believe in sending out negativity, nor do we believe in messing with anyone else against their will. So even if I had some goofy reason for wanting to "possess" you *gag* I wouldn't.
I think you round your back too much when you're coming up and your hips are coming up WAY too fast. But that's me, I'm a stickler for form. With the exercise as you're doing it now, the majority of the weight is being pulled by your lower back, first, legs second. You get better leverage when you pull with your legs first.
You can get away with, uh, looser form when you're young and strong. Not when you're old and decrepit, like me.
