Just wanted to let the guys that know me/of me that my cycle is going great! I'm making great gains in the last 2 weeks. My bench, jumped up to 275, I did 3 unassisted today. My back got a hell of a lot stronger too. I did 270 on pulldowns. Thanks for advizing me to do pull-ups, they're working great! I need help on getting my tri's bigger though, they really suck. They've always been strong, but as far as mass, they've been the hardest to achieve. Can you guys tell me what works best for you? I need to try something else. I've been doing push downs, skull crushers, overhead ext's, close grip bench, dips, that's all I've tried so far, but I can't get them bigger. I even tried to cut back on my bic's to see if they would balance out. Thanks for any input, either way I'm just loving this!!
