I'm getting great gains in the last 2 weeks

hey bro, im glad you are doing chins. its rare in our gym. people dont do them cause they are to 'hard'. its one of the best mass builders for the back, along with heavy rows and deadlifts. good luck.

I'm with DCS, - Close grip bench, weighted dips(go heavy once your elbows get used to the weight), skullcrushers. Also you can set up in a rack to do behind the neck presses and set the rods so that you are only bringing the barbell about halfway down from the top position-let the bar rest on the rods for a split second and then refire back up. This will take most of the shoulders out of the exercise and fire up the medial head (I think). Nonetheless, it is a great mass builder.
