I'm getting great gains in the last 2 weeks

Just wanted to let the guys that know me/of me that my cycle is going great! I'm making great gains in the last 2 weeks. My bench, jumped up to 275, I did 3 unassisted today. My back got a hell of a lot stronger too. I did 270 on pulldowns. Thanks for advizing me to do pull-ups, they're working great! I need help on getting my tri's bigger though, they really suck. They've always been strong, but as far as mass, they've been the hardest to achieve. Can you guys tell me what works best for you? I need to try something else. I've been doing push downs, skull crushers, overhead ext's, close grip bench, dips, that's all I've tried so far, but I can't get them bigger. I even tried to cut back on my bic's to see if they would balance out. Thanks for any input, either way I'm just loving this!!
 
Hey Buddy ! Very gald to hear that your cycle is going well. I can't give you to many tips on training tri's as my tri's suck right now :( My left elbow is shot and I find it very hard to do any tri exersizes :bawling: Keep up the awesome work

Weighted dips always worked for me.

Just tie some weight to yourself and do dips. Stop at 8 if you can do more. That means add some weight. Do this until you can't do 8. If you can't do 5, it's too heavy.

The problem I had with every other tri exercise, was that it killed my elbows at some point. Pushdowns, once you get the weight up, is very awkward. The weight is in front of you, and so now you are concerned with your balance, etc. Skullcrushers, hurt my elbows once I got the weight high enough, etc, etc.

Try the weighted dips.
 
try doing the skull crushers SUPERSETTED with the behind the head tri dumbell extensions using both hands at the same time. Of course you must lower the poundages a bit too. Do the crushers then immediately take your dbell behind the head and DO STRICT, slow on the downward phase, keeping the elbows in, reps. At the top,pause for a second or so and sqeeze.
If you give these a try - don't be swearing me name though:)
 
I'd drop the pushdowns, and focus on skullkrushers (try them on a decline), overhead extensions, and dips. As a variation on the normal dips, get two benches and put them about 4 feet apart. Put a dumbell or some plates in your lap, and then put your feet on one bench and your hands on the other (just behind your back), then push yourself up and down. At the bottom, your ass should almost touch the floor.
 
With triceps I'd recommend doing strict skull crushers and keeping your elbows pointed directly up and parallel to eachother. Bring it straight down to your eyebrows and push them up but don't lock out.... constant tension. You may have to drop down to a slightly lighter weight to do them this strict, but its worth it.

Medium weight ... Painful squeeze is what makes my triceps grow. If I go to heavy they don't respond.

Follow the skull crushers with some push downs ... again, go light and completely squeeze the shit out of them at the bottom... pause for a second or two if you have to until you really feel a sting.

Thanks for the info guys, it's much appreciate. Mustang you're always lookin' out for a mother fucker lol!! No one knows on my sust except for a select few, and someone today asked me what I was taking. So I just told them that I've been stuck at the same point forever so I changed my routine and it worked wonders for me. I don't see that I've gotten bigger, but then again you yourself can't ever tell the difference, you're always looking at yourself. I wish this shit was legal so I could just tell everyone, but there are MAD cops that work out there, I just don't want this shit getting around.
