Im getting fat with this sh!t

Im on the second week of my Deca 300 omnadren 250 (twice a week) and 25 mg of d bol (daily) cycle.My problem is : not only am i bloating (witch i expected and no how to control) im geting really fat around my waist.I dont eat shit but i eat tons of quality protien and carbs , that was the advice i was given for this cycle.What should i do.THANKS.
 
Eeeek! Maybe cut some carbs, add some H2O and liquidex to your diet. Are you doing any cardio? Hard to tell if it's fat from your diet or water bloat. Give us a sample of your daily food intake.
 
looks like a bulking cycle to me...id expect to get a little fat. if you're not using anti-e then shame on you.
 
I couldnt get my hands on liquidex and i didnt know I could get it on line.When I get it how much should I take exactly?
 
I am about to start a similar cycle and I would say to use 1mg of liquidex per day and drink AT LEAST 1 gallon of water per day. Keep your sodium intake to a minumim as well.

You may be able to cut the L-Dex back a little and still control the bloat, but I think you'd be wise to start with 1mg per day.

I'll be doing the same exact regimen when I'm on my cycle -- I did a hell a of a lot of homework....

3 egg whites 9 30 am
chicken breast 6 egg whites a green salad 11 30 am
myoplex with soy milk 2 30 pm
workout
myoplex with oj and banana 6 00pm
turkey burgers brown rice peanuts and a piece of fruit 7 30
more nuts and fruit with fat free cottage cheese 10 30
 
I drink a ton of water ! I really must drink 2 gallons of it a day im in the bathroom 20 times a day. And i culdnt get liquidex until now !
 
Maybe its just me , but i wouldn't even consider doing that cycle without a anti e. Think about it, your only in your second week and your all bloated up, mostly from the d-bol probably. The juice has hardly had time to kick in. Imagine when it does kick in, get some l-dex, it sounds like it will help you alot. I would also have some nolv on hand, b/c you sound quite sensitive to estrogen.
 
You should have started liquidex a week before you started your cycle. But since your only on week 2 you still got time. Hurry up and get it. :p
 
Well your diet looks pretty fuckin solid. The only thing I'd change is I'd throw out the grits and eat oatmeal instead (I throw in a big tablespoon of Peanutbutter for better taste).

You must need anti-e. And yes Nolvadex (a.k.a. Tamoxifen) at 20mg a day would be good. It's about $120 to $140 for Tamoxifen. HOWEVER, I went to a buddy that is OBGYN, got him to diagnose me with gyno and now I have a script. It's covered by insurance and costs about $25 a bottle.
 
Do you really think he needs liquidex with that little amount of gear?

It is just some water weight, there is no way he could be adding large amounts of fat that fast, especially if his diet is really as he says.

A year or two ago, before liquidex was mainstream he would have accepted the bloat, maybe a little Nolva.

In 2-3 weeks he should be done with the dbol and will drop a bunch of the water weight anyway.

dont mix fats with carbs, thats once sure way to put on fat, run your clean carbs from morning untill 7pm, after that stick to clean proteins some fats
 
Hey guys, I'm starting a cycle next week, 300mg-fina/week, 150mg-anadrol/day, 400mg-stomba/week, and my source have never carried ani-e no matter how many times I have asked for it. Can someone send me any hints as to where to look for it, I don't need any special favors just point me to the right direction I will do my homework!! [email protected] I too tend to gain quite a lot of weight on my cycles but lots of fat/water in my mid section.

I agree 100%. The "turkey burgers & brown rice peanuts" may have way to many carbs for the PM.

I easily put on fat and so I don't eat carbs in the PM. Pre workout I'll eat carbs, high protein & NO fats. Post workout I eat High protein, little fat and NO carbs. So far this is working for me.
