For some reason I went from crazy flexible little kid to the exact opposite. Would yoga classes help me regain some of htat or should i just do it on my own? Would muscle relaxants help out in anyway to speed up the process? Basically I can barelly get past my knees and I'm 6'5'. Same with my legs.

I don't know how it happened so fast that's the weird part, I played basketball in HS and Jr college. Now I'm 22 and its never been worse. I think I didnt push myself enaugh back in the day.

You're young, but your not in highschool anymore. Probably a bit less active is all.

stiff from checking out the dudes in your gym again?

tsk tsk.

know when to draw the line, my friend.

Pilates (you don't need the machines) or learn some good stretching exercises.
Bifold has a good stretching thread somewhere on this site.

Something to think about - stiff hamstrings will add to back pain.
The more you stretch (at least once daily) in 7-10 days I guarantee you will feel better.

well the whole point here is that I started having back problems that wouldnt go away for like two weeks which freaked me out. Usually they would last about 2-5 days at most. So now I've been looking for good routines online, back and my legs are the most important ones.
