well the first day of this diet was pretty hardcore, only 81 grms of protein and 215 grms of fat. you have to keep protein levels low at first part and gradually increase them through the course of the week. as far as ketosis, they say you can reach in in four days, i did it in 2. i guess everyones body is different. i plan to skip carb up this week and carb up next saturday. as far as protein and fat is concerned, i got my sources mostly from canned tuna fish and olive oil with the ocasional cup of iceberg lettuce. and eggs in the morning. i eat 5-6 times a day and i take N.Y.C. 3 times a day and yohimburn twice, once in the morning and once at night. so far its been five days and i have experinced some pretty nice results. the key is to keep disciplined and focused. well, 1 week down 11 more to go... heres the macro-nutriet breakdown for the week for a 200lb person. monday 85% fat 15% protein, tuesday 75% fat 25% protein, wednesday 65% fat 35% protein, thursday 70% fat 30% protein, friday70% fat 30% protein, saturday 65%fat 35% protein, sunday carb up: carbs 546 grms, protein 156 grms, fat 35grms there ya have my week so far minus the carb up though ,i didnt do it yet. what i plan to do is do day 6 for day 7, and then repeat the process on mon untill next sunday and then i will carb up......... i'll keep ya posted on whats going on.....peace :fro:

im not really paying attention to cals,im trying to get the protein and fat in. my (BRM) is about 2400 cals so i guess im eating around there. im proley gonna lower my cals in about 2 weeks when i check my weight in. i think you should change your diet every so often ,because the body will adapt. so far so good though, i've been in ketosis for a couple of days now so it really doesnt matter how many cals you eat. the key is to check your ketones to measure where you are.

my experience is that even if you in ketosis and you eat to many cals you wont lose the weigth

That is correct, even in a Ketonic state an overflow of caloric intake will result in NO fatloss, trust me I've tried.
