Im cornered - What would you do?

Im in my all time worse shape right now coz of alot of problems Ive had for the past 12 months. Im at 30%bf because of some meds i was put on and was wondering what would you do, cut or mass? Im at 220lbs and im 5'10. None of my clothes fit anymore, 30lbs crept up on me in the past 2 months.

If I cut, id end up with 30lbs less of fat and maintain the little bit of mass Ive got. Or I could gain more muscle but end up wieghing 250lbs @ a still pretty high bf %.

PS:Ive got sustanon as an aid
 
Let me guess.... Paxil, Prozac, Zoloft, or one of those SSRI's right? I had the same problem with Paxil about 5 years ago. 40 pounds of unwanted fat-gain in like 2 months brother. No shit! You need to overhaul your diet. Are you training? You might want to try a C-K-D Diet bro. It will melt the pounds away, if followed correctly. Especially when combined with training. Cut hard paxil made me crave food and slowed my metab. to a crwal and sapped my energy, gald I'm off now D-bol is my anti-depressant j/k.Low carb and weights as heavy as you can go with Sus.(test Cyp. for me) way to go, that diet,training took me from like 238 and 30+5 to 188 & 15% accordingly today.
 
yeah 30% BF is in the obese range. I would not even think about adding mass. Just cut harcore. Having a body fat level that high is what leads to all the nasty diseases later in life. If you can discipline yourself do a ckd (low carb) for 3 months and your should be able to drop a majority of that BF (usually about 2lbs per week is a good amount to shoot for), while retaining most of your muscle, but you must train hard. If you can't discipline yourself, then go the high protein, medium carbs, and low fat, something along the lines of 45% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat. Either way make sure to count carbs to make sure you can maintain a caloric deficit, and definitely start to throw in some low intensity cardio sessions for 35-45 minutes 4 times a week.

1)Hit up a serious diet, low carb, high protien, moderate fat. Do not need fat and carbs with the same meal though.

2)Weight train with basic compound movements and do some cardio.

3)Hold off on the sust until your 15%bf or less.

Thanks to all. Its truly appreciated. Ive been on a 2000calorie defficit diet for 4 days and I kinda broke it today by eating more protein coz I feel like Im wasting the sustanon on cutting. I think Im to ambitious when it comes to gaining on juice, but Ill do what u guys said and cut. I gotta go thru with the sustanon coz Id be losing 4lbs per week (2000X7=14000or4lb) and I want to hold on to muscle.

Losing 4lbs qwk I dont know if even sust would hold ur muscle...Maybe drol, LOL.
