Hows the board doing? For the past 5 months i have been taking it easy living my life, instead of living in the gym.
my shoulder kept on hurting and i kept getting sick and decided it was time to give my body a break.So as time went by i didnt miss the gym at all. I was to busy with work and getting ready for school and i kno im gonnna catch flack for this but im engaged. SO i was sitting in class one day and decided to get back into it so here i am.
I am not as strong as i was, my 1st week back im a little under 300 on my bench now and i havent really gotten to max on my dl and wont max out my squat ( everyone who knows who i am knows why). Im waiting to build my lower back up before i dl so my back wont hurt as much.
But i will keep you updated hopefully i stick with it and start competing again next year.
