Im Back....Wow, How things change..

Im back on EF after about a 7 year vacation. Alot has changed and looks for the better. I am now a firefighter here in Texas and work out 5-6 days a week and eat cleanly most of the time. Im back to EF and to getting BIG...thanks in advance for any help and if your in the Dallas Ft Worth area, Hit me up here or PM!
