Im back on EF after about a 7 year vacation. Alot has changed and looks for the better. I am now a firefighter here in Texas and work out 5-6 days a week and eat cleanly most of the time. Im back to EF and to getting BIG...thanks in advance for any help and if your in the Dallas Ft Worth area...
