I've had some months like that. Can't even look yourself in the mirror. BUT, you can always bounce back. Next time you buy that B&J pint and sit down on the couch ready to eat it, STOP and throw it away. It's a simple yet powerful tool. Just toss it. You'll be proud of yourself.

When my nerves are stressed I don't have any problem with food. My problem is that I'm hardly ever stessed and eating is part of my happy place. I manage to keep a pretty even kiel with it, but I do go overboard on occasion.
Today I had an ice cream craving so I had some but opted for sugar-free vanilla. Instead of all those wonderful toppings, I had it with a simple banana - like a banana split without any toppings. It was very satisfying and I don't feel like I hurt my diet any.
I think we all go overboard every now so don't punish yourself too much. You're still okay in my book
