Hello all.
Just wanted to vent some feelings. Whilst at the gym a few days ago i was having a conversation with a guy i was working out with and we got talking about steriods. I was amazed by his perception of what roids arew and what effecst they have. He was under the illusion that steriods are a replacement to the gym. He honestly thought that if he could get juice they would put the muscle on for him and he wouldn't have to work out. I tried to explain that steriods only increase your potential for building muscle and that you have to hit the gym even harder when on juice to get the most out of it. He was having none of it. Whats worse, his attitude towards juice was that anyone who uses it was lazy, based upon his logic that steriods act as a replacement for they gym. TBH, i was absolutley amazed.
Since then i have had similar conversations with a few other people, some gym go-ers others who were not. I was amazed, people in general seem to share this view, unless of course they know otherwise.
OK, rant over.
