Alright guys, Over the summer when I finished my stack of No2, Perfect Isopure, and Creatine I got up to 155 of solid muscle, now I am back down to 145 (thought 150 but I weighed this morning), I did a good chest work out last night and threw tricepts in for good measure and noticed I am quite a bit weaker than 2 months ago.
Age 17
Height 5'7"
Weight 145
I used to be fat about 2 years ago at 220 pounds 5"5 I lost weight, when I was big I looked like this http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v286/Kaneda2889/megakenJPG.jpg
- I had lost good weight 2 summers ago, and
before this summer I was lookin' like this

and in the middle of the summer I gained a good amount and got way cut up and look like this

I got even bigger and cut up by the end of it but didnt get a picture, so you can see the gain difference there, so now I pretty much look the same as the second posted picture but I noticed a dramatic strength decrease.
I eat about 2500 calories a day, usually an isopure shake on days I don't lift and just about everyday at 8AM I eat a delicious Met-RX peanut butter cookie dough meal replacement bar and an apple for good measure. Lunch usually consists of a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich and another apple, and when I get home from school around 2:45 PM I eat 2 or 3 Tyson boneless chicken breasts to hold me over untill dinner (snacking on some quacker bars or fruit before then, and usually after dinner)
I would like you guys to help me out with a good eating routine per day to get the best gains for my body size, age, weight, height etc. I would like to keep the amount of fat minimal, seeing as how I used to weigh 220 pounds and lost it all I have a small fear in the back of my mind of gaining the fat back (although I know with my thin lean cut build it would not gain back that way, especially with me lifting).
So help me out guys!
