Alright guys, Over the summer when I finished my stack of No2, Perfect Isopure, and Creatine I got up to 155 of solid muscle, now I am back down to 145 (thought 150 but I weighed this morning), I did a good chest work out last night and threw tricepts in for good measure and noticed I am quite a bit weaker than 2 months ago.

Age 17
Height 5'7"
Weight 145
I used to be fat about 2 years ago at 220 pounds 5"5 I lost weight, when I was big I looked like this http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v286/Kaneda2889/megakenJPG.jpg
- I had lost good weight 2 summers ago, and
before this summer I was lookin' like this

and in the middle of the summer I gained a good amount and got way cut up and look like this

I got even bigger and cut up by the end of it but didnt get a picture, so you can see the gain difference there, so now I pretty much look the same as the second posted picture but I noticed a dramatic strength decrease.

I eat about 2500 calories a day, usually an isopure shake on days I don't lift and just about everyday at 8AM I eat a delicious Met-RX peanut butter cookie dough meal replacement bar and an apple for good measure. Lunch usually consists of a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich and another apple, and when I get home from school around 2:45 PM I eat 2 or 3 Tyson boneless chicken breasts to hold me over untill dinner (snacking on some quacker bars or fruit before then, and usually after dinner)

I would like you guys to help me out with a good eating routine per day to get the best gains for my body size, age, weight, height etc. I would like to keep the amount of fat minimal, seeing as how I used to weigh 220 pounds and lost it all I have a small fear in the back of my mind of gaining the fat back (although I know with my thin lean cut build it would not gain back that way, especially with me lifting).

So help me out guys!

You need to just eat, and not worry about gaining fat, if you want to put on muscle youre going to have to put on some fat too. A protein bar for breakfast is a very bad idea, eggs, egg whites, oatmeal, oats, are much better suited.

Your lunch does nothing for you either. Look at a GOOD carb source and a good protein source. Ex: brown rice, potatoes, chicken, turkey, lean beef, steak. Don't forget vegetables either.

2,500 calories is not enough for you obviously, as youre not gaining weight, and as it looks continuing to lose it. You also need a demading workout routine, don't just go into the gym and pick a body part, and do this and that...look into 5x5 for good size/strength gains. GL bro.

yeah im upping the eating so far today, after consuming about 1700 calories in morning / afternoon I had a steak and a 3 scoops of peanut butter, then I came home and had 2 more tyson chicken breasts with about 1/5th a new container of peanut butter, - peanut butter is def. helping add to the calories.

UP ur carbs and cut back on ur cardio + get a lot of sleep ur still young u should get 9+ hours a days it made a hugh diff when I was ur age.

bagels with cream-cheese a good snack idea for high carbs?

I just woke up, I had a few scoops of peanut butter, 2 eggs scrambled, and then oatmeal with peanutbutter in it. ill have an apple soon and then perhaps a bagel when i get to class.

Just eat... and make sure you get your protein in!

I don't think you'll look like that again (easily at least), it take a long time put on a lot of weight like that and not notice... and looks like you've got some more Testosterone flowing now... so Train heavy, and eat big :coffee:

You need to eat more often, too. 6 times a day minimum. Simple rule of thumb: If it's healthy and can't outrun you, EAT IT!!!!! Increase your calories, sleep a lot, and lift heavy. You'll get there.

Update, gained good poundage and strength gains!

Lookin much better, definately added some mass!! great job bro, keep it up!! Keep eating and lifting and making progress!

Thanks man!! I always appreciate the motivation and comments!

My personal motivation that drives me is to be better than everyone else I know, and ofcourse the girls are lovin' it aswell so that keeps me in the gym aswell. - and lately, after reading the newer issue of Reps with a special on Arnold, and watching his 70's competition videos, he has been a driving force in my own building.

He also was my hero when I was like 6 years old watching Terminator 2 over and over again, so I guess it all comes back to ya!
