A friend of mine told me that I should incorporate squats and deadlifts into my training routine because it will help the rest of my body grow faster. Something about increasing testosterone and growth hormone output, and total body strength and mass. But, what the hell does he know. I am way bigger in the upper body than him so I called his bullshit. Girls don't care about the size of your legs anyways. All they care about is big arms and nice pecs. Holla, if you hear me!
