My joints started bothering me when I went off cycle. I ran a thread about it seeking advice. So now I take the following:
Vitamin E
Glucsamine
Chondroitin
Flaxseed Oil
L-Lysine
Fish Oil
MSM

It doesn't seem to make any difference so far. I'm thinking I need to just quit lifting for about 3 weeks. Let everything heal up.
 
i use to rake fish oil, they don't do shit. i was on them because i sleep so much, they thought the fish oil would stimulate brain activity and keep me from falling asleep. I have a self-defense mechanism where i sleep whenever i don't want to deal with something.

Don't worry about them things man, thats not what women care about. You just grew to fast, ligaments didn't keep up with the muscles, juice does nothing for them. Try some Yoga, eat healthy, and most supplements are not worth the package they come in.

Whoa....I'm not worried about what women care about. I'm worried about free Test while off cycle and when I'm older. Its not the ligaments...it is inside the joints.:(
 
Bro......I would take the break and let everything heal up...or you could get some nubain if you know anyone who sells it..but you gotta be careful on painkillers or numbers of any sort...just because you don't feel it doesn't mean you aren't doing damage...just ask any retired professional football player
