My joints started bothering me when I went off cycle. I ran a thread about it seeking advice. So now I take the following:
Vitamin E
Glucsamine
Chondroitin
Flaxseed Oil
L-Lysine
Fish Oil
MSM
It doesn't seem to make any difference so far. I'm thinking I need to just quit lifting for about 3 weeks. Let everything heal up.
