yeah , im a college student so im not eating too great. I do eat enough nutrients and protein but I want to know what is the best diet for a low cost ? And what thermogenic is the best to rip me up. I wiegh like 185 and 5'11 and I wanna get down to 170 before spring break in late march. What should I do?
 
Well there are lots of diets to choose from bro, and most will work if you stick with them. Use the search function and have a look at couple. Thermogenics will not rip you up, unless your diet and training are good. getting down to 170 from 185 should not be a problem if you stick to diet and training.

Best diet (simplest) at low cost is just the simple, low carb - high protein - med fat. Its not that complicated and at this point shakes help make quick liquid meals, proven effective for weight loss. A simple fat loss supp could help but I would avoid going strait to thermo's; yohimbe, cla, forsklin are all safe basic choices.
