Why do you recommend he have a gym pass?
I'm just curious why he can't do what he needs todo at home?
I've been at it for a while, and due to shitty programs, and not 100% i haven't grown alot... but now i'm getting there now.
If anything you can do what you need todo in at home (with proper instuction) until you get really heavy (walking beast style) then it's jsut unsafe to do it at home! haha
But doesn't working out on freeweights allow more stablizier muscle growth and contribute to overall better lifts?
Just my understanding - i haven't been around quite as long though, so i'm still learning
