I need help falling asleep.. does anyone have good techniques

i have slept 1 hour a night for the last 3 weeks.. at first sex helped put me to sleep now it just keeps me up all night w/ my heart racing.. wtf!?!?

and ive tried sleeping pills they make things worse.. put me to sleep in a drug induced sleep.. ineed healthy natural sleep

and I dont do drugs so thats outta the question too
 
I find doing a lot of cardio in the evening helps. I also use melatonin sublinguals. They don't help me sleep but they help me recover better in the time I do get.
* I use to only sleep on wednesay nights... strait through to Friday... then not again until the following Wednesday.
I hated my job and the stress was keeping me up! I quit. Life is good now!!!
 
it's seriously not stress related.. i think its the progest levels from my cycle but i figured they'd be back to normal now.. been off for almost 3 weeks..

i can't do cardio it get my heart rate up and i sleep worse at night :rolleyes:

Use to be the opposite.. had to work out to sleep :evil:
 
I have the same problem.

I sometimes use a liquid called Valerian root.

If I really get desperate I eat 3 gravols (little pink ones), and sleep like a baby and don't have that icky druggy feel to them.
 
run yourself into the ground..do so much cardio you cant take it anymore....melatonin works great too....doesnt give you the drug sleep....
