Basics: High protein, low to moderate carbs 6-8 meals/day.
I really eat all the time. I'm a big proponent eat every 2hrs. It changes your whole metabolism. But I do eat, imo, pretty well.
I cardio in the mornin before I eat N-E thing for like 15-20 min.
1) Then I down a myoplex low carb shake and have 2 bananas.
2) Then about 1 hr later I'll eat 5 or 6 hard boiled eggs w/out the yoke.
3) Then 2hrs later I'll eat either a tuna fish sandwich straight outta the pouch or with maybe 1 piece of wholemeal multi grain bread.
4) Then 2 hrs later eat a chicken wrap.
5) Another shake and a banana
6) Then I eat these amazing Albacore tuna things that come in a pouch for like 2 bucks and it has 0 carbs anb 36 grams of protein and <20mg sodium. UNREAL!
Then I work out.
7) Then I have another post training protein shake.
8) Then dinner is usually chicken or steak and some veggies.
9) Another shake before bed but I always eat a snack to go with it like ice cream or something.. I deserve it and it helps curb any cravings.
