Ihulk's week 5 progress pics

Well I'm 5 weeks into my cycle and I've dialed-in everything: diet, training, rest, aas, supps, stretching. I feel really good. Up about 7 lbs of lean mass. Dropped ~2% bf and so hovering around 6-7% bf @ 201lb.

Pics are small on purpose. Will post normal size pics @ end of summer when I pau my cyc.
So here goes:

Basics: High protein, low to moderate carbs 6-8 meals/day.
I really eat all the time. I'm a big proponent eat every 2hrs. It changes your whole metabolism. But I do eat, imo, pretty well.

I cardio in the mornin before I eat N-E thing for like 15-20 min.
1) Then I down a myoplex low carb shake and have 2 bananas.
2) Then about 1 hr later I'll eat 5 or 6 hard boiled eggs w/out the yoke.
3) Then 2hrs later I'll eat either a tuna fish sandwich straight outta the pouch or with maybe 1 piece of wholemeal multi grain bread.
4) Then 2 hrs later eat a chicken wrap.
5) Another shake and a banana
6) Then I eat these amazing Albacore tuna things that come in a pouch for like 2 bucks and it has 0 carbs anb 36 grams of protein and <20mg sodium. UNREAL!
Then I work out.
7) Then I have another post training protein shake.
8) Then dinner is usually chicken or steak and some veggies.
9) Another shake before bed but I always eat a snack to go with it like ice cream or something.. I deserve it and it helps curb any cravings.

awesome build. really good work. thats just the size i am looking for. great inspiration bro. it might be angles but your only thing i'd criticize is forearms lol. but i think its cause your holding the cam. lookin fuckin jacked and ripped. awesome. how tall are ya brotha
 
lol! thanks brah. I'm 6' .05" almost exactly.
I gotta start hitting the forearms, lol! I actually never concentrate on them cause they are usually on effing fire after my bi's and tri's days. Thanks for the support.

yea dude i know what you mean. probably have long arms like me too, makes it harder but better in the long run.

I eat fairly clean but I do award myself 1 to 2 cheat meals/week. I really enjoying going out to nice restarants and my girly appreciates that so I'll order whateverz on da menu when I'm out. I'm not competing just wanna look good.

Mostly all year around.
I've gone as low as 5.5% but I just couldn't stand the cravings . And of course once you have limited bf% and start to chow down to fill those craving your bf skyrockets because your body is primed to retain some semblance of fat. So I realized that I can stay btw 6% on the low-end and 8% on the high-end yr round fairly easily. Well not easy, just disciplined.
 
good job, u look sick. probably the body type most on here strive for. if u don't eat clean do u puff up and gain weight easy, or are u 1 of those naturally lean lucky mofo's?

I would say that I have very good genetics and a natual high metabolism but even then, if I eat like a monster I put on some mushy flab around the core.

I ride my mountain bike back and forth to work every fuggin day M-F :evil:
And I go hard, so thats my morning and afternoon cardio no matter what, rain or shine.

However I also throw in my normal HIIT on the treadmill eod. ( not often but I also use the stairmaster or elyptical)

i'm the same way but i think i cheat a bit more. goin 2lbs of steak ed right now. hopin to add 10lbs before sept 1

I'm run the gambit. In the past I've done SUS @ low dose (250mg/wk) and as high as 750mg/week. I've run winny and stanz only cycles twice. My last cyc was 800mg -1G/wk primo.

Present cyc:
Kicked off the cyc with weeks 1-2 on Test Undec (Andriol) with some derma test and Var 30mg/day

Weeks 3-5
Test-E 600mg/wk
Stanz 60mg/day
Proviron 50mg/day
Tiratricol 1/mg/day

Week 6-10
Test-E 600mg/wk
Var 50mg/day
Prov 50mg/day

how tall are you? 200 pounds pure cut is what i want. I am 6ft tall at 190. Im runnin a var only cycle and would like to cut up and gain atleast 5-10 pounds off of it and drop some bf.

I've been keeping a good journal and takin pics each week and its amazing the difference.

Ihulk is pondering adding Tren Ace to blow the shit outta the park but not sure. Never ever done Tren but I know it would push me to my max.

Also I plan to show pics from before joining EF and now. What an amazing improvment! I was definitely doin okay pre-EF but not as educated. I would not have learned, well, what I've learned.

I just want to say thanks to all the bors on Elite and let the brothaz know that I've learned a ton from a lot of you and especially the Mods. To all the good bros here on Elite, mahalos for the assistance and education on proper use in ass, diet, pct.

Props to you for taking the initiative and learning all that you can. As you very well know having knowledge and doing something with it are two different things. You look great and it's because YOU have been in the trenches and done the work. Most never know what it's like to exhibit discipline and transform themselves. Congrats to you brotha!
