I eat fairly clean but I do award myself 1 to 2 cheat meals/week. I really enjoying going out to nice restarants and my girly appreciates that so I'll order whateverz on da menu when I'm out. I'm not competing just wanna look good.

Mostly all year around.
I've gone as low as 5.5% but I just couldn't stand the cravings . And of course once you have limited bf% and start to chow down to fill those craving your bf skyrockets because your body is primed to retain some semblance of fat. So I realized that I can stay btw 6% on the low-end and 8% on the high-end yr round fairly easily. Well not easy, just disciplined.
 
good job, u look sick. probably the body type most on here strive for. if u don't eat clean do u puff up and gain weight easy, or are u 1 of those naturally lean lucky mofo's?

I would say that I have very good genetics and a natual high metabolism but even then, if I eat like a monster I put on some mushy flab around the core.

I ride my mountain bike back and forth to work every fuggin day M-F :evil:
And I go hard, so thats my morning and afternoon cardio no matter what, rain or shine.

However I also throw in my normal HIIT on the treadmill eod. ( not often but I also use the stairmaster or elyptical)
