i liked it during pct.. strength seemed to go up, and i actually gained 2-3 lbs
i was able to pound carbs like a mofo and actually get the leanest i have ever been. strength didnt go up at all but pumps were great. definitely noticed some growth in my biceps where i was spotting. they used to be totally flat now im starting to see a nice peak. the first time i used it at the end (not pct though) of a primo/test cycle. dosages were pretty low for both. i gained about 10lbs and noticed an overall hard, grainy appearance.samoth said:Care to share with us why you like it? just saying it didn't impress me. there are many diverse reactions to this substance among individuals. for some reason though the buzz about it has really quieted down and it's not flying off the shelf like it did. the placebo effect is always something to consider . to each his own, though...... if somebody gave me some i'd try it again but i'm not spending any more moolah on it or any other revolutionary new supplements.dugie65 said:aw, come on now. IGF-1 has been linked to skeletal muscle growth quite frequently in lab tests for years now.
If used properly I think it is one of the greatest cycle bridges we body-builders have available to us.
