IGF R3 experiences?!

I'm really interested to hear the experiences using IGF. What do you think? Do you think it's overrated? Do you think it's worth the cost. How long do you run it for? What dose are you running it at?

I'm on my second month of hitting it now. Doing 100mcg about ninety minutes Pre Workout. I'm hitting it into whatever bodypart I'm training that day. Took it for a month and then took a month off, during which I ran Insulin. Into my third week of the second kit now. The first month I was pretty dissapointed but I have to say the second time around the pumps are just absolutely beyond belief. Like childishly brilliant. I did arms tonight. I always do Biceps and Triceps together and alternate between a biceps and a triceps exercise. I hit 25mcg in each of the biceps and triceps. Workout ran me just over an hour today. My arms measure 45cm cold. When I got home and could eventually manage to move my arms enough to measure they were at 50cm. It was literally the best pump I have ever had in my entire life. I couldn't stop looking at myself in the mirror. I was loving it.

Throw down some experiences!

most people run igf post workout not preworkout.
google that.

it should be used post-workout as soon as possible, and then don't eat anything for at least an hour.

try that out.

use it 90 min post WO. This way you allow natty igf/mgf to run its course, than you hit the EXO.

LR3 is best for fatloss, pumps, nurtient partioner (sp)......like a insulin effect...just nothing like real slin, but you can go hypo on it. make sure you take in at least 8g carbs every hr, for 5hrs post inj.

you also want to use it IM despite what some may say that sub q is fine. LR3 will have a tiny bit of site specific effect. To get the best out of it you will need real GH or other peptides.
