I haven't used Long IGF-1 R3 but have been researching it and plan to try it.
It ends up being less expensive than HGH, and the difference could be substantial.
With that disclaimer, my understanding is that now the sources are shipping it diluted in just benzyl alcohol, usually at 1000 mcg. per ml.. This does not destroy the IGF.
You don't need to be buying all kinds of acids or doing any difficult chemistry.
As I understand it, you draw out a small omount with a large pin (e.g. 18 gauge). I believe this is necessary because it is think and probably won't go through an insulin pin in the undiluted form.
Then you "backload" it into an insulin pin - pull the plunger out of the back and shoot the IGF solution directly into the barrell. You then replace the barrell and fill the ramainder of the pin with bacteriostatic water (which is available at several online stores, such as fina kits suppliers, and is not illegal). You gently mix and inject, either subcutaneously or intramuscularly.
I'm hoping to hear more real world accounts also.
