yes, i used 30mcg/day after workouts, but i would LOVE to use 100mcg/day for a month...
i was dieting when i started taking it, and it made me so hungry that i couldn't stay on the diet... i ended up gaining only like 2-3lbs on the scale, but i was dropping bodyfat like crazy...
IMO i would say it would be MUCH MUCH better utilized in a nice heavy bulk cycle.
and yes, i've heard good results from as little as 20mcg/day, but at the higher doses results have been reported as pretty amazing.
like i said, i'd never done it or HGH before so i had nothing to compare it to, but i was really impressed. too bad its so expensive right now.
