IGF-1 Lr3 does not have localized effects based on the studies out there but I have red a few posts where people have injected it near the injury and it helped with the healing process.
Also, if you reconstitute it properly, you will use AA, and that is acidic enough to destroy local muscle tissue. I recommend injecting it SQ.
I have a post on here where I track my progress from a vastus medialis tear and I used MGF and IGF-1 Lr3 and I healed in record time.
Agreed on that IGF-Lr3 does not have localized effects. Think of it like test enanthate. Do you inject test enanthate in a certain muslcle for localized growth? No.
