If your trying to bulk up List what you ate today?

I just want to get an idea of what you guys eat while trying to bulk up also state if your currently running any gear or not..(Thanks Guys)
 
I weigh 165, 5'9", 24 yrs old. I'm not on anything. Trying to get up to 180 by around Christmas time.

I just started bulking 2 weeks ago. Last May-June I bulked up from 155-165.

My typical meals.

Breakfast: 4 egg whites, Bagel, Several Slices of Ham or lunch meat
10:00 - Big Chicken and Rice Meal
12:30 (postworkout) - Dextrose, creatine, whey
1:30 - Big Chicken and Rice meal (sometimes Steak & Veggies)
3:30 - Big ass sandwich on a hoagie roll
5:30 - Big ass Dinner (a couple of chicken breasts or chunks of meat & more than my fair share of carbs & whatever my wife can't finish eating :D
9:30 - 2 tblspoons Flax and Protein Factory Night fomula Shake

I've been doing this for 2 weeks now and my weight hasn't budged so I just got a ten pound buket of N-Large 2. I'm going to take that between dinner and my night time shake. I will also take it when I'm too lazy or late for work to make breakfast.

Usually once a week I'll have a medium thin crust Dominos all to myself too.
 
My general bulking diet

I started bulking August 12th, I was 21, 5'10 178lbs and about 10-11% BF.
I'm now 197 lbs and probably around 14% BF.
I also started taking creatine on august 12th so that has a lot to do with my big weight gains.
Anyways.. here is my average daily diet

8am breakfast
Either 8 perogies or 1-2 packets of instant quaker oatmeal with protein shake added in to oatmeal.

9am (start work)
Eat trail contantly throughout the day(trail mix is an asortment of peanuts, almonds, cashiews and raisins)

10am
Protein bar or whatever was left over from dinner the night before (sometimes a burger, sometimes chicken, pork chops etc)

1130am lunch
200g roasted turkey or chicken(whatever the deli has in stock) in a whole wheat bun with lettuce, cucumber, some light mayo.
1 pizza bagel
1 chocolate milk

3pm
Some sort of snack, Couple slices of chedder cheese... More trail mix etc..

330pm
Workout

5pm get home
Protein/carb drink

600pm Dinner
Chicken/Steak/Pork Chops/ham with rice or baked potatoe and mixed vegis

800-10pm snack Varies...


I've gained soooo MUCH weight recently with this diet its great... Only problem is I'm starting to feel a little soggy in the mid section... I plan to do 4 weeks of cutting in November to counter any excess weight gain...

Some other side notes:
I tend to eat pizza also at least 1-2 times per week.. I dont eat a whole pizza... but I have a few slices...
I also havnt been overly concered about eating too clean. If I'm forced to eat fast food 1-2x per week(Im a rushed college student).. I don't sweat it.. I just consider this the portion of the year where I'm entitled to eat whatever i like, it will all melt off come spring.
I don't overly count my protein intake... but I feel like I usually get enough

Whatever is in front of me..within reason. When I bulk I dont really hold myself to a strict planned out diet, I just try and eat as much as possible without upsetting my stomach.

Snack : Vs 20 + Chromium 200mcg
Tuna

2:00
Launch : HCA X2
100 gram Fish
1 cup rice brown
1 Tomato
1 cup watercress
1 Gralic
1 tsp vignar
1tsp olive oil
(28p)-(12F)-(50C)

4:00
Snack A :L-Carnitine X4
6 Egg white
1 Yolk
1 tsp olive oil
1 scoop met-Rx

Post workout: ALA X2 + Vs 20 + Chromium 200mcg
Malt = 3 Scoop = 45 gram
Creatine

+2.5 FRM post
Diner:
1 Tuna Can
2 White egge
2 Tsp olive oil
8 cup Pop Corn , Air poped , If no Post Workout +remove egge if eat pop
(30p)-(12F)-(40C)

TOTAL 148P - 50F - 135Carb

Note i subtract the fiber Gram

TOTAL Calories 1550 i increess my calroies intake by use weight gainer to 2000 calories per day

EAT MORE! Thats a cutting diet! Lean and bulk shouldn't be used together, unless you want to stay the same year-round (no progress).
 
Breakfast: 2 cups Oatmeal, 4 eggs, 1 tbsp flax
Snack: protein bar
Lunch: two turkey sandwiches and a handful of peanuts
Snack: Protein Shake, rice milk, banana, 1 tbsp flax mixed in a blender
Dinner: 2 chicken breasts, steamed veggies, 1 lg baked potato
Snack: Protein shake and a tbsp of natural peanut butter.

My caloric intake varies. on training days i bump up calories to about 25cal per 1lb. on non-training days i have about 15-20cal per 1lb.

20oz of whole milk mixed with carnation instant breakfast +protein

LOTS of pasta
left over chicken
glass of whole milk
granola bar

Chicken terriaki
vegitables
ice cream + whole milk

Dinner
whatever my mom cooks lol

Before bed:
40g of protien powder + flax
glass of skim milk


I'm around 175ish
