I weigh 165, 5'9", 24 yrs old. I'm not on anything. Trying to get up to 180 by around Christmas time.
I just started bulking 2 weeks ago. Last May-June I bulked up from 155-165.
My typical meals.
Breakfast: 4 egg whites, Bagel, Several Slices of Ham or lunch meat
10:00 - Big Chicken and Rice Meal
12:30 (postworkout) - Dextrose, creatine, whey
1:30 - Big Chicken and Rice meal (sometimes Steak & Veggies)
3:30 - Big ass sandwich on a hoagie roll
5:30 - Big ass Dinner (a couple of chicken breasts or chunks of meat & more than my fair share of carbs & whatever my wife can't finish eating

9:30 - 2 tblspoons Flax and Protein Factory Night fomula Shake
I've been doing this for 2 weeks now and my weight hasn't budged so I just got a ten pound buket of N-Large 2. I'm going to take that between dinner and my night time shake. I will also take it when I'm too lazy or late for work to make breakfast.
Usually once a week I'll have a medium thin crust Dominos all to myself too.
