My bulking Diet, please critque, this is the first week of bulking , after I was gonna up my calories to around 3000 probably by adding a protein shake before bed or something. Doing it like this for the first week because I am also preloading creatine and setting up the proper weight for my training split (corns). Also I was thinking of waking up around 2 or 3 in the morn and downing a premade protein shake, what do you guys think? Since I am bulking I have limited myself to only eating junk food, i.e. pizza,icecream etc only when my family orders it or we are out and decide to stop someplace, other than that its gonna be clean foods. Meal 1: two serving oatmeal 300 calories 54g carbs 6 grams of fat , 2 scoops whey 220 calories 44 grams of protein 1.5 grams of fat 2 grams of carbs, in 8 oz soy milk 90 calories 8 grams of carbs 7 grams of protein 4 grams of fat

Post Workout shake: 2 scoops whey 220 calories 44 grams of protein, 16oz soy milk 14 grams of protein 16 grams of carbs , one serving honey 60 calories 16g sugar, 17g carbs,
