But, anyhow, let the lawyer tell you exactly how to proceed and what to do. Be as cordial as possible, no matter how much you might want to squeeze until something pops. That way you don't have her pulling something on you in court with a judge who might be sympathetic to a scared, sobbing little doe eyed girl who couldn't have done the things you say she did.

Easier said than done, but some states courts systems are very sympathetic to the woman. Luckily kids ain't involved. Good luck.
