If you could go back in time....

dunno about the year but i'd not be such an impatient, rebellious, short-tempered, ill-mannered, close-minded teen-ager.

1989. I don't remember the date, but I remember the day. I still remember the awful red strip shirt I was wearing....all down hill from there. :sulk:

If changing it would mean not having my boys, then there isn't a thing it the world that could be worth it. nada..

However, I can think of one thing I would turn back time for...

12 years ago when I was 14. I'd make myself start lifting then.

Everything else has been pretty sweet. Oh, I may make myself study a bit harder, but screw it, to be honest I had fun back then and have a good job now, so whatever. It's mostly the lifting and fitness that I would have started earlier.

Back in history and change the course of how your life turned out,
what year and what would you change to make it different for
you today?

I would not change anything.

Me too. Would of stayed with the lifting routine.

Nothing, I've always done it my way. I like to live and learn.
Well, maybe I would have changed a few things. I would have set myself up so that I could have been retired by now. I hate working for a living.

It would be interesting to see how life would have turned out if I didn't get into a car wreck at 17 or if I had moved to Paris in the early 90's.

How did the car wreck change things? You're still just as beautiful. No lasting injuries?

I wouldnt have gotten married when I was young. And i wouldnt have lost my virginity at 18, I would have lost it in 2003:)

Pathetic, you women are just wired differently. Don't like to fuck enough no matter what ya'll say. I'd have lost mine at 14 instead of 18. :)

Knee problems but workable.
It ended my skating career.

Ahh. Sorry about that. You never know how far you might have went. I had goals to be a professional football player, now that I have the talent. I'm too old. I could play, but I'd be injured in no time. I'm injured now. LOL

I arrived at where I am today through such chance, such luck and such good fortune, that I cannot imagine making any change that could possibly disturb this current existence.

However, if I had the chance to go back -

I would not let my best friend get in the car he died in.
I would have made a better college decision.

The only thing I would change, knowing it would affect my life now, would be to go back and make sure my friend didn't die that day.

Nothing else really matters.

great question. i don't know my answer though... this reminds me of the movie 'the butterfly effect.'

I just saw that movie for the first time last week.

Made me think of the very same questions

I'd make sure to lay down some bets, too, like "Biff" from Back to the Future.

so why don't you make like a tree and get outta here!

When I turned 18 I came into a large sum of money. If used correctly it would have covered my education and a down payment on a condo. It only covered my education. Live and learn. :)

Well, I don't think I would haveneen as naive as regards some of the people I believed in and let me down badly. What is it a guy once said "Fool me one - Shame on you. Fool me twice - Shame on me".
