If you could do it all again, what would do do differently or change?

I'm basically looking for some insight and wisdom from you all. My question is this:

If you could go back and do it all again, what woud you change or do differently?

I would. I would have been more aggressive about my education and pursued an advanced degree before I had kids. It isn't impossible, just harder.
