If there's one thing worse than newbies not replacing their weights......

To me, "The proof is in the pudding", meaning that if someone at the gym doesn't even look like they work out, then they have no business giving advice to anyone, especially not an advanced lifter.
There are also some guys around here in the same boat, always quick with the advice and to shove their theories down other people's throats, but have nothing to show for their knowlege.

thing i find funny is guys tryiong to remove plates from a barbell and feeling the need to let the crash to the floor. if you can't control a 5kg plate you shouldnt be benching/spotting you partner for his bent over rows :)

not that im a monster or anything but it REALLY bugs me when im squatting to hear a crash, the last thing i need is to be put off
