If there was ONE piece of advice you could give to a newbie, what would it be?

Whether it be about BodyBuilding, Running, Flexibility, Cutting, Diet...etc.

I'm just curious to see what sort of things people consider 'the most important' thing!
 
LOL, actually I am sure many people would say that drinking water is a very important thing!
I have just started drinking about 2 gallons a day.
 
-the recipe for success is 70% diet & supplements, 30% training.

-always use PERFECT form.

-intensity, dedication, and desire are all very key!
 
You are not eating enough - eat more. Obviously this applies to those wanting to gain. Otherwise, I'd just say generally that diet is the most important thing.
