If my strength drops off anymore, I'm gonna kill myself

This summer year for some reason my strength is falling while cutting. Currently off and even taking in more carbs than last time around. what gives?

working out 4x a week plus cardio 3-4x a week. Never and off day from the gym. Mucj hlike last summer, except last summer I did weights 3x a week. Volume is higher, but only by a few sets. never more than 7 sets for any one muscle group. Last year I was juggling 3 jobs as well, as comapred to 2 this year. sleeping the same. 7-8 hours a night for the most part.

7sets per muscle isnt a lot, so overtraining is out of the question. You are getting enough sleep, so what gives? Try and stay away from the gym once a week. Are you doing cardio before weights?

maybe you should take a few days off, you grow more when you rest, I think goign to the gym 7 days a week may be a little much

Id definately increase the workload to a 12 set minimum for small body parts and 15 set minimum for back and legs. This has always worked best for me. Might want to give it a try if the low volume isnt giving you results anymore. Also Id take each set to failure or right before failure.

are you sleeping enough? or overtraining?
That's a good question about sleep...I know first hand if you're not getting enough it'll kill your lifts in the gym.

I haven't been getting enough sleep (roughly 5.5 - 6 hours/night) and I'm on a low-carb diet (have been for the past 8 mos.) so when I don't get enough sleep I definitely don't have what it takes to power me through a workout.

One other item worth mentioning...YOU ARE WORKING TWO JOBS.

Even though you may be getting adequate sleep, the two jobs are a lot of stress and wear and tear on your body. My assumption is that by time you get to the gym you are already tired. Just keeping working hard over the summer and once fall gets here you should start to see the dividends.

With all of these stressors in your life...WHY are you cutting???
