I don't recall Ruger claiming to be an honest man. Plus I still gots me the pre-ban mags. I've never had a jam in my P89 after nearly 4,000 rounds (I keep track). I have shot it in pouring rain during a training session with a variety of hollow points. I can't say the same for the Beretta or a Smith semi-auto. Personally, I'm a Glock man but, politics aside, to compare a Jennings to a Ruger is not accurate. Ruger is a much better made piece. They and Smith and Wesson make the best off the shelf revolvers. And their semi-autos are some of the best deals on the market.

Also, I can't see the pic of your H&K. It says I have to upgrade my account. I'd rather save for the Ruger Super-Redhawk. Always wanted to take down a boar with a six-shooter.

Ruger's wheelguns are not that bad. The GP100 serie is among the best. Semis are too heavy and have nothing spectacular. No serious LE agency would issue this junk. The pic shows my P7 which is IMHO, the best semi ever
