IDS 42g whey protein shots

Does anyone know anything about this stuff? Personal experiance? They claim to have 42gms of whey protein, 0 sugar, 2 crbs, and 130 cals in a 3 oz tube. For a box of 12 its 24$, kinda pricey but extremely convenient in a small 3oz package...

how can there be 42g of protein and only 130 calories? that owuld be 170 calories

dunno bro, I've always been told that numbers wont always add up due to the insolubility of the calorie or carb... Don't remember where I heard that, and it could be completely bullshit... But

i drank a red one one time when i forgot my cooler. i cant comment on the quality but drinking that thick syrup that tasted like cough medacine turned me off.

I drink these frequently when I am on the go... The nutrition facts on mine say there is 176 calories per serving.

I think they are good, some days when I am on the road I slam 3 or 4 of them and I always grow like normal so I assume they are as advertised... No bloat or gas from them either.

i have tried all the flavors and used them as a quick protien source while at work. i tried AMS proto plasma as well,,cost roughly around the same price for a 12 pack,,one of the few supplements i would purchase again.

Yea I have actually had a few... They aren't very good tasting though! They aren't terrible, and I guess bein that it's not much liquid it's really not hard to take down! More pricey than I thought.
