Tweakle said:'tank abbot lite', who actually looks more like Larry the cable guy with his sausage-link arms and boobies poking out of his cutoff T, complete with goatee and shaved head and his inbred cousin / brother / lover who looks like he slept rough for a week then came to the gym - these 2 assclowns basically spend the whole workout struggling to bench a plate between them while making LOUD obnoxious comments about the other members... anyone over 200lbs or lifting more than them gets to overhear a very vocal discussion on 'staroids' and how the two clowns do it the old fashioned way, they have yet to try that shit within earshot of me and my 330lb partner probably because he looks like he could pop thier heads off with one hand, but I listened to literally half an hour of full-volume douchery from them the other night.. bizarrely their subject was actually a pretty skinny college kid who was struggling to tag-team bench 315 for half reps.
they annoy me muchly
These guys apparently joined my gym as well, I saw them last Sunday. I got a strong vibe they are bouncers...both are 6'3 - 6'4, pushing 350 lbs, massive rock hard guts, shave heads and one has a goatee. From the time they came in until I finished, about 45 minutes, they didn't move from the flat bench. In that time they repped out 225 a few sets each, and their form was good enough. However when they bumped to 315 it was a dual effort to get their 2 rep "max". They didn't talk shit about anyone though, so at least they weren't assholes. My point in this, why is it so many guys always jump plates...135, 225,315, 405, etc?? Do they feel insecure by adding smaller plates, and actually trying to progress to the next 90 lbs?
