Identifying gyno

Hey would a soreness not at the the nipple but beside it ie not the aureole or nipple be the beginnings of gyno or just a muscle injury. It is a small localised irritating pain.

It could be. Better to get blood work and see if estrogen is out of whack. What are you running as far as steroids and what are you running as far as an AI?
