Ideas for 2nd cycle mass ??

Im lookin for some ideas and options reguarding my 2 cycle. First cycle anavar only 40 mg 7 weeks. Im not looking to compound a bunch of stuff somthing basic. Please tell me what u think about oral only? Im also not a fan of water retention. Also just for the heads up ive had a shoulder surgery and have 10 bone anchors. But very stable. Feels great actually. I was.also woundering what is a safe easy injectable for first time users that will put some solid stack on me.

I'm a solid supporter of any test, especially test cyp. Just take a support with it to help avoid water retention and drink at least a gallon and a half of water a day (helps your body to keep circulating water). I prefer injects over most orals so you might wait for someone else's opinion, good luck :)

age diet routine.. how did the first cycle go
 
we need stats and etc..

but to put on some serious weight ..but your diet and training must be spot on to gain max benefits .

test/dbol is all u need for a 2nd cycle

if u really want to play it safe, u can even gain off a test e cycle.. considering your 1st cycle was basically a waste.
 
My first cycle was 500mg test cyp a weekwith a Beastrol kickstart.....good stuff. Formastanzol and HCGenerate on cycle, PCT was unleashed/post cycle. Great first cycle for me lost a tiny bit of strength after cycle and PCT was complete but I kept all of body mass

great first mass stack, crixus is running the same cycle but with test e and has put on something like 26lbs in 5 weeks lol....he's keeping a log if you wanna check it out
 
there is nothing wrong with running that same cycle again.. just focus a bit more and be a bit more dedicated.

that is what you should look to increase each cycle.. focus/dedication/intensity.. not the amount of gear or the # of compounds

I though starting small with simple recipies of juice was the key not to jump to the extream where do u go from there.

from there you can add but its a risk vs reward.

and again if you want to improve its not just the roids.. its your routine, the intensity your dedication and almost most importantly is your diet and dedication and focus to that.
