hey everyone,
i was thinking today; would a sticky about what things NOT to do (regarding training, dieting, etc.) be a good idea? i think this would help beginning weight trainers tremendously. i know i made some very stupid mistakes when i first started out. everyone can just contribute what mistakes he/she made, so that others can learn from it.
