I usually check my weight about 3-4 times a week.
I seriously have had ZERO appetite the past week. I think I could have gone all day yesterday without eating and I would have been content...it has REALLY been frustrating me.
I realize that bulking is extremely hard, and after 4 months of doing it, I think I am ready for a physical as well as mental change...hopefully after our R&R I can get down to business and start leaning out!!
