aaahh shit I might have one in my weekly recipe thread already but this one I am talking about here I do not have written down...I will right it out though for every one.

ok I use all goya beans for this one beans do have carbs in them so its as low carb as the beans will let it be.lol

ok lets see here ill wip up a ruff draft and you can all change it as you like...
ingredients
1 can red kidney beans
1.can black beans
1.can chick pease
1.can small white beans
again all goya
1 large Vidalia Onion diced
3lbs chicken breasts, boneless and skinless cut up in 1inch cubes
4 cloves of garlic pressed/if no garlic press crush them with broad side of knife
7 tablespoon chili powder
3 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 can (28 oz size) diced tomatoes
3tablespoon vegetable oil
1 red sweet pepper, chopped
2 tablespoon crushed hot red pepper
2 Tablespoons ground cumin

In large heavy saucepan, heat oil over medium high heat; cook chicken for about 5 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Transfer to plate.

place diced Vidalia Onion in pain fry 5 mins then add in peppers cook till Onion is almost
carmalized then add in crushed garlic cook 3-5 more minits.

then take every thing place in large pot and cook on med-low heat for about an hour.

do not drain the beans or the diced tomatoes use the liquid for flavor unlike most people who drain them then use water....

taste and spice as needed to your taste
