Hello people, I would appreciate your help on my situation regarding acne. I do not have acne per se but every few days I get a few pimples and then they go away then i get a few more. It's like it never stops.

I am 5'11, 195lbs and am currently doing a cutting cycle of 100mg Test Prop every third day, 76mg Fina ed and 50mg Winny ed.
1mg liquidex ed

For the past week I have been taking 15g of Pantothenic acid per day, 2g of ALA per day, 4 Tylers detox caps, 2 NYC stack first thing in the morining on an empty stomach before workout.

I do not take any Flax, fish oils etc and have not been taking a multivitamin. I think sometimes I only get maybe 3/4 gallon of water per day.

When I take the Pantothenic acid should I divide this up throughout the day and do I take it with or without food?
I heard taking 3+g of ALA might benefit my situation. Is this correct?

I currently only wash my face with water and nothing else. Is there a certain product I should be using?

I will look forward to any replies. I just want to get this situation under control.

Thanks everyone.

Is it only on your face?

If thats the case ask a dermatologist to prescribe tetracycline 500mg. and get some neutrogena oil free face wash.

I don't have any problems with my face, but my back feels like an Atlas for the blind.

Has anyone experimented with ALA for back acne? I have been off my cycle for 3 months now.

New to the game:
Does the acne just happen while you're on a cycle? Or does this occur even while off?

tanning, erythromicine cream, cleacin-t all good options

ratin-a topical has more kick, but can dry your skin out

I use Neutrogena Anti-Acne Medicated facial soap and Retin-A (prescription acne medicine). You may have to wash a few times a day to keep clear.

Vitamin b-5...

5 grams a day for 3-4 weeks, then maintain at 2-3 grams a day. It may worsen initially, but works well over time on your back and arms. Also ALA will help, but I would stay away from any tetracyclines for an extended period of time, they stain your teeth..yellowish green:(

Yep. B-5 works, at least for me it did. If we're talking cystic or nodular acne then see a doctor. I primarily do the following.

1. Shower twice a day
2. B-5 at about 3 grams a day
3. Use an astringent such as Clearasil a couple times a day
4. ALA

B-5 may dry your face up, so use a moisturizer if it's really bad.
