There's a link in that website to the beheading video. Don't watch. I mean I get it, this has been done many times throughout history and some people who have had this happen to them obviously deserved it. There was a claim that one of the people in that video was a catholic priest in Syria who was beheaded simply for being a catholic priest, that now seems to be false. So I don't know why these people were being beheaded, maybe they deserved to die I dunno...but the crowd all trying to jostle for position so they can get their iphones in to take pictures or video, they're just not human. I don't care if these were the worst humans in the world, put a bullet in em or hack of the head and then be done with it. People in the middle east just have this fetish for making a spectacle out of this stuff, then scream allahu Akbar like that makes it all ok.

The regard for human life is comparably non-existent over there.


And that type of punishment is something I'm not necessarily opposed to if it is the consequence for murder, etc, but a bullet is much less dramatic and easier.

The problem I have is with beheading a priest, who most likely wasn't guilty of anything worthy of death.

The other part is all the people gathered around like a bunch of savages relishing in bloodshed. It's disgusting that people are like this.


A beheading of someone guilty of breaking a law punishable by death doesn't bother me, if their law says beheading is the punishment for what they did.
